Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with lovely views to the bay of Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty six luxury villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels.

The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the fantastic front terrace which is completely furnished and has stunning views to the Pollensa bay. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and an electric hob. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. These comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and one double with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the property has been decorated in a very high standard.

It has to be pointed out that the driveway to this complex is steep and windy and that each villa has parking space for one car only. We do not recommend this villa to those with mobility difficulties.

Can Collet Vell is a beautiful converted house situated in a peaceful countryside just at 15´minutes drive to the old town of Pollensa. The property has lots of traditional Mallorcan features and furnishings, and it is surrounded by olive grove and mature gardens. It has lovely views towards the Serra de Tramontana mountain range.

Situated in midst of the beautiful Majorcan landscape, only a few kms from Pollença old town, this charming house is ideal for a quiet family holiday. The atmosphere in the house is homely and relaxing with typical Majorcan furnishing, including several pieces of antique furniture. There are two separate lounges in the house, one with fireplace, ideal for moments of relaxation and the other fitted with satellite TV.

The kitchen (fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and so on) leads out to a terrace covered with vines.
There is another terrace with barbecue area ideal for nice family meals and of course the terrace by the swimming-pool nicely shaded by the huge trees surrounding the house.

This room has wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort.

The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. Here you will find a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast table and chairs – useful for feeding children those early morning meals. There is also a shower room in the ground level.

The first floor is where you will find the villas three bedrooms. The master room has a double bed, and there is a further double room, which has twin beds placed together, and the final room is a twin. There is air conditioning in the double/twin bedroom. In this level there is a second bathroom, which is equipped with a bath, wc and wash basin.

The exterior of villa Negri I is a good place to spend time under the sun. There is a private pool with integral steps which is set into paved terracing and there are sun loungers and parasols for your sunbathing pleasure. There is a built-in barbecue where you can grill dinner before settling into the outdoor dining furniture and enjoying a meal outside with views of the surrounding area.

Finally, we have to point out that villa Negri I is close to another villa called Negri II. These are two different, independent properties, that have their own privacy, but they are a good choice for large groups of people.

Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Almadrava Ca’n Marquet, is a very pleasant and functional house locales in the country side of Pollença, it has a strategic location three kilometres from Pollença town and three kilometres from the beach, perfectly connected by an easy road to the nearby Puerto Pollença, Alcudia, Formentor and all the northern coast, (as can be seen in the map attach, photo nº 4)

This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Through the gated drive and into the villa the main doors is under the front covered terrace which leads direct to the large lounge dining area which has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge has two sofas and satellite TV with a DVD player too, whilst the dinning area has antique table and chairs totally restored by the owner.

A small corridor gives us access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of two twin and two bathrooms (one of them is en suite). One of the bedrooms have a mezzanine area with a single bed.

Outside, the villa is equally beautifully designed and furnished. There is a large covered terrace running around one side of the house, with lots of outdoor furniture and a separate built in barbecue ideal for al fresco meals. There is a lawn area with a prefab swimming pool which is available for the clients use and a bonus with those clients with small children as the pool is raised and can only be accessed via an adult.
