Villa Can Pascol is a 250 years old countryside house, this villa has been recently refurbished by the owners who have retained so many original features, artefacts and stone walls which gives a lot of character and charm. Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.

Villa Negri I a offers a comfortable accommodation laid out on two levels, with the living accommodation on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level.

In the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with sofas gathered around a coffee table and facing the roomÂ’s television, which has some satellite channels, as well as a DVD player and stereo. This room has wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort.

The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. Here you will find a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast table and chairs – useful for feeding children those early morning meals. The first floor is where you will find the villas three bedrooms. Set off a country lane just between the old town of Pollensa and its beach resort Port Pollensa is located our single storey villa named Fontxica.

All on one floor Villa Fontxica is an ideal family choice with good standard of fittings, including local pine furnishings and many of the owner personal touches. The welcoming lounge dining room has satellite TV, DVD player, seating area, a six seater pine dining table and a doorway opening to the rear covered terrace which has views to the swimming pool and garden area. The well fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and a fridge/freezer as well as many other electric appliances. The relaxing master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The attractive twin bedrooms share one full bathroom.

Outside, there is a spacious covered veranda that overlooks the swimming pool and the pretty gardens, there is also a further shower where the washing machine is located. A very special feature is the built in barbecue area for a perfect way to finish the evenings.

Villa March has a good location near the beaches of Cala San Vicente, a quiet and relaxed resort just a few minutes drive to Pollensa old town.

This simple three storey villa is cool and traditionally Majorcan. The lounge dining room has a dining table, two sofas and a stone fireplace. Double French doors lead out onto the front covered terrace which has steps down to the garden and swimming pool area. There is also a satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has appliances including microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and en electric oven and features practical wooden units, traditional Majorcan tiles and a walk in pantry. A corridor gives us access to some of the bedroom, these comprises of two twin bedrooms both sharing a full bathroom.

A few steps lead up to a double bedroom with a small balcony and a separate full bathroom and a few steps down are taking us to the lower level of this house where there is a twin bedroom and a shower room. There is also access to the garage where the washing machine is placed.

The covered terrace with exterior furniture makes this the ideal spot for outdoor dining or relaxing. A brick barbeque by the swimming pool complete this wonderful traditional villa.

With just a short stroll to the beaches of Cala Barques and Cala Molins this villa offers peace and tranquility and it is ideal for those who do not feel to hire a car although a car is always recommended. Because the accommodation is split in three levels it is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties.

Rustic finca estate at 4 km distance from Felanitx with a plot of 120.000 m² populated by pine, carob, fig trees, holms etc.
There a two natural founds on the land which carry water all year through - one of these provides water for the old 'safareig' converted into a pool of 20 x 12 m.

The house itself has 420 m² of living space on two floors.
On ground level you´ll find the entrance hall, and 2 bedrooms with a double bed each one (one with bathroom en suite, the other one with a separate bathroom).
Apart from that there is a dining room with a large table and two living rooms on diferent levels with a fireplace.
All the rooms have access to different areas on the terrace and roofed terrace: a table with 6 chair on the roofed part, a table with 4 chairs under the bower and sun beds and rocking chairs on the open part.

The pool is located at about 100 m distance rom the house and is surrounded by a huge lawn area with sun beds for sunbathing.

All the character of the old town of Pollensa is right on your doorstep-or “steps”, to be more precise, as this delightful town house overlooks the famous Calvario Steps.  Views of the cala Sant Vicente and Puerto Pollença and Alcudia Bay.

In a few minuts walking (200 m.) you are in the nigthlife, comercial area and restaurants of the central square of the town.

And in a few minutes drive you are in the beach of Cala San Vicente (4 km) , Puerto Pollença (7 km), Formentor or Alcudia area (12 km).

Villa Boi is in an ideal location, tucked away at the base of the Tramontana mountain range yet only a few minutes from Pollensa old town and a short drive to the beaches of Port Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

The lounge dining area has doors which open onto the covered front terrace, which is an ideal place for dining al fresco. Off the dining area is the lovely fitted kitchen with doors opening onto the front and the side terrace where the laundry room is located. A lovely double bedroom and a nice shower room complete the lower floor of this property.

Upstairs, one double and one twin are sharing a beautiful and spacious full bathroom with a corner bath. There is also a terrace which has lovely views to the Serra de Tramontana mountain range.

This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Finca Ca Na Bassera is an historic house from the XV century, it is situated between Port Alcudia and Sa Pobla town very close to the well known local Natural Park of S´albufera. The house has been renovated into a lovely holiday home, is full of space, light and comfortable. It has fantastic views across the country, it is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday away from the busy resorts.

Ca´n Ciutadá is situated in the pretty Valley of Colonya, a few minutes by car of the center of the town of Pollença. The village is decorated in a traditional Majorcan style. The outside is completely paved and the property is comprised of two terraces. A small stair conducts us to one of these terraces, Since which we can enjoy some beautiful views of the mountains and of the valley.

The main entrance of the dwelling is found under the terrace covered. Since her is agreed directly to the parlor dining room, which is equipped with satellite TV and a stove of firewood. A small walkway carries us to the kitchen, completely equipped with microwave, washing machine, Worktop and electric oven. They complete the house three rooms (a double one, an individual one and one of marriage), and two baths, as well as a laundry in the plant flat.

Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.

These semi-detached villas are reached via a track and are built on a hillside around a large swimming pool. The villas have two storeys and vary in sizes, however they are spacious and simply furnished.

Each villa has either two, three or four bedrooms, all of them twins. All have lounge dining rooms with sofa beds and fireplaces, kitchen, and sun terraces at the front and at the rear of the accommodation. Moreover, the villas have washing machine.

But it has to be taken into account that Botana 2 has experienced some improvements during tlast year. We can highlight the changes done in beds, mattress, duvets, household furnishings, cutlery, decoration, and taps in the bathrooms. Moreover, there is a 21" television. All in all, villa Botana 2 offers you all what you need to enjoy pleasant holidays.

Located in the residential area of Siller, this little rustic villa stands by the foot of the mountains, thankfully away from any noise. Within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa and only one and half kilometers from the town´s long golden beach.
