Ca´n Ciutadá is situated in the pretty Valley of Colonya, a few minutes by car of the center of the town of Pollença. The village is decorated in a traditional Majorcan style. The outside is completely paved and the property is comprised of two terraces. A small stair conducts us to one of these terraces, Since which we can enjoy some beautiful views of the mountains and of the valley.

The main entrance of the dwelling is found under the terrace covered. Since her is agreed directly to the parlor dining room, which is equipped with satellite TV and a stove of firewood. A small walkway carries us to the kitchen, completely equipped with microwave, washing machine, Worktop and electric oven.
