Villa Can Pascol is a 250 years old countryside house, this villa has been recently refurbished by the owners who have retained so many original features, artefacts and stone walls which gives a lot of character and charm. Simply one of our favourites! Situated in a delightful rural location and on an enormous plot of land this three bedroom villa, completed in 2006, is only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Pollença where many restaurants and pavement cafes can be enjoyed.  

Set on two levels, this attractive accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The ground floor comprises of a spacious twin bedroom, with en-suite which is accesses from the shaded front terrace. Villa Negri 1 a offers a comfortable accommodation laid out on two levels, with the living accommodation on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level.

In the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with sofas gathered around a coffee table and facing the roomÂ’s television, which has some satellite channels, as well as a DVD player and stereo. This room has lovely wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort.

The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. Here you will find a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast table and chairs – useful for feeding children those early morning meals.
